The staff at P.I.P Houses were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when I arrived tired and grumpy. They provided safe and convenient off-street parking for my motorbike. The design of the guesthouse was modern, airy, and bright, with beautiful artwork. The hot water had good pressure and the raised toilet platform in the shower was a nice touch. I also appreciated the variety of English movie channels on cable and the oversized mini-fridge in the room. The location was convenient, with restaurants and grocery shopping within a 5 to 10-minute walk. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at an excellent price.

The hotel was cozy and clean, perfect for a budget stay. The security system was impressive with fingerprint access. The staff was helpful and the location was great, close to bars and museums. Plus, there was a rooftop with a public kitchen and a laundry machine for a small fee. Definitely recommended!

Some of the staff didn't speak English well and payment was only accepted in cash. The bed was a bit hard but it wasn't a big issue for me.

My partner and I stayed at P.I.P Houses for a week and had a fantastic experience. The rooftop terrace and kitchen were a highlight, and we enjoyed meeting other guests. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay here again.
